Your ultimate guide to booking your next tattoo with Strawbunni Ink.

Most clients typically schedule half day or full day appointments - unless you are looking for a smaller, one-off design. Smaller appointments (2.5 hrs or less) are pieced per piece and will generally be priced between $150 - $450. A deposit is required for all appointments. Your deposit is non-refundable, however, it is deducted from your tattoos final cost. Please note: Sales tax is adding to the cost of your tattoo, per WA state law. Additionally note, your request may require multiple sessions (for example: full sleeves can take anywhere from 3 - 6 full day sessions)

Half Day

Ideal for appointments that 1/2 a piece of paper or smaller.

3-4 hours of tattooing and is great for those looking for a finished piece, multiple gap fillers, or starting large scale projects.

Flat Rate: $550

Full Day

Ideal for appointments that are a full sheet or paper or larger.

5-6 hours of tattooing and is great for those looking for large scale designs, half or full sleeves, etc.

Flat Rate: $850

Policies

  • I work Wednesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm, by appointment only.


    Half Day Scheduling:
    11am , 12pm, or 2pm

    Full Day Scheduling:
    11am

    Smaller appointments latest appointment time: 3:00pm

    Half day and full day appointments receive priority booking.

  • Deposits are charged as followed:

    • Small Appointments + Half Days: $100

    • Full Days: $200

    Deposits are non-refundable and are valid for ONE reschedule with 72-hours (3 days) notice. Your deposit must be paid within 24 hours, otherwise your date and/or design will be released and become bookable to other clients.

    Deposits are paid via my booking software or you may schedule a time to drop off cash.

    I do not accept excess payment. If you would like to pay for your tattoo in full (or make payments towards) prior to your tattoo, you must purchase a gift certificate.

    Processing fee: A 3.5% fee is added to ALL card transactions (including Venmo/Cashapp)

  • In order to apply your deposit to a new date, you need to reschedule with at least 3 days notice. Rescheduling within 3 days of your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your initial deposit and new deposit will be required to get back on the schedule. Your new deposit must be paid within 3 days. Your new appointment must be with 45 days of your original appointment date.
    Rescheduling more than your allotted (ONE) amount of reschedules will require a new deposit, regardless of notice. Rescheduling THREE or more times will result in the forfeiture of your design and you may be subject to the denial of future booking requests.

    Cancellations and/or No-show’s with less than 72 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost and the denial of future booking requests.

    No-shows/tardiness: I will wait for 15 minutes without communication after your appointment start time until you are deemed a no-show. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be asked to reschedule and a new deposit will be required to be placed back on the schedule.

  • My preferred method of payment is cash. There is not an atm at our studio, however, we are just down the street from STCU and Numerica, if you need to stop ahead of time!

    Additionally, I can take all major card companies or Venmo/Cashapp.

  • I do not show my designs ahead of time. I do include time in each appointment for minor changes. If a full redraw is necessary, your appointment may be reschedule and a new deposit required.

    If you would like to see your design ahead of time, you may pay the Rush Fee ($100) and you will see your design 5 days prior to your appointment. Please note: this is an additional fee and it is not taken off the cost of your tattoo.

  • We have limited space so extra bodies (who are not getting tattooed) are limited to ONE person.

    Additionally, children may not be present in the studio. Everyone in the studio is either working or needs to be as relaxed as possible so it’s best to leave the littles at home. If you arrive with extra guest or children, you will be asked to reschedule.

  • I do not recommend you use numbing cream for your appointments as it can cause your skins texture to change, can cause some difficulties in the healing stage and the FDA has recommended against certain numbing cream brands due to serious health risks such as irregular heartbeat, seizures and difficulties breathing. (https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-warns-consumers-avoid-certain-topical-pain-relief-products-due-potential-dangerous-health) However, if you would still like to use numbing cream, I have a specific brand I would like for you to use and you can purchase it directly through me for $38. If you are choosing not to purchase numbing cream, please do not put any numbing products on your skin before your appointment.. if you arrive with numbing cream on your skin, you will be asked to reschedule and rescheduling fees will apply. Numbing cream must be paid in full prior to your appointment as I order these per client.

  • I offer one free touch up on most tattoos within one year of your original tattoo date. Touch ups are NOT free for tattoos on fingers, hands, and feet and/or tattoos with obvious signs of aftercare negligence, such as picking at your tattoo(Touch ups for these areas, on my work, only, are $100). Touch-ups can be booked as an appointment themselves or booked with another tattoo!
